What is Orovo?

Orovo is a fairly new "all-natural product" on the weight loss market that was created when 10 super foods were shown on an episode of Oprah. These super foods were credited with many health benefits including anti-aging components, acne fighters, and of course, weight loss.

From these 10 super foods came an entire line of products that manufacturers claim can detoxify the body, help you lose weight, and also clear up your acne. But how does such a super pill work and are 2 to 4 tablets a day really enough to do all that?

Some users have said that it does but many have claimed that at least 1 of the desired results was not achieved.

What can Orovo do for you?

The benefit that seems to be consistently derived from Orovo is the fact that it can help you lose 10 pounds in 7 days, although you may be facing some nasty side effects before you get to that smaller size!

Side effects of Orovo

The largest and most common side effect from Orovo is that you may experience excessive urination while using it. This is because Orovo is a detoxifying system, which cleanses the body’s system of harmful toxins and eliminates them through the urine. Although this is only indication that Orovo is indeed working, it can be unpleasant and inconvenient.

Another reason you may find yourself visiting the washroom more often than usual is because Orovo causes excessive thirst. This is also due to the fact that this weight loss pill concentrates on flushing out the system and it requires the bodily fluids to do that. But simply sipping on a few more glasses of water will not quench your thirst as the manufacturer states that anybody taking the pill should be drinking at least a gallon of water every day that Orovo is taken.

Users have found that during the first few days of taking Orovo they have felt nauseous and had excessive gas and diarrhea. This is a claim that Orovo does not deny and while many find that these unpleasant symptoms vanish after 2 or 3 days, others claim that this stayed with them throughout the entire time they were taking the weight loss pill.

Orovo does have one other main side effect and that is that it can cause sleeplessness due to the green tea that is added to it.

Because of this, it is recommended that people taking Orovo should not take it before bedtime.

While that may mean 1 or 2 hours to most of us, Orovo actually should not be taken 6-8 hours before bedtime, which Orovo has actually seemed to make up for by recommending that it be taken before breakfast and dinner.

Conclusion

Orovo is a product that will definitely help you lose weight by cleansing your body of toxins. However, with many negative side effects you may be able to find a better weight loss pill on the market. Whether Orovo will also help you to fight the aging process and clear up your acne are doubtful however, it is marketed as a weight loss product.

Definitely not. Side effects that you may experience while taking Orovo far outweigh the benefits of weight loss that you may or may not reach while taking Orovo.
